1. Service provider

2. Eligibility and acceptance

The service is available only to people aged 18 or older. These terms apply to the whole Elena Celeste service: the questionnaire and private video reading hosted by our quiz provider (including the payment offered inside the video), and the question credits and subscriptions purchased on the Site. Review the description, price, and payment terms before placing your order. You must provide accurate contact details and keep your account and private reading links secure.

3. What the service provides

Elena Celeste is a virtual tarot guide. Personalized video and written readings use artificial intelligence and the information you choose to share. The experience draws on tarot symbolism, astrology, and numerology. It is not a live consultation with a human psychic. Available products and their included credits are described on the pricing and payment screens.

4. Prices and currency

Prices are shown and charged in the currency the Site displays for your country (US dollars by default). The total shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes shown there, is the amount you authorize. Your bank may apply currency conversion or other fees. Prices may change for future purchases; an accepted order keeps the price confirmed at checkout.

5. Orders and payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. A full video reading is unlocked through the payment prompt inside the video. Question credits and subscriptions are purchased on the Site. A question submitted with a credit purchase is sent after successful payment. Orders may be declined or reviewed if payment fails or fraud is suspected. Keep your purchase confirmation for your records.

6. Delivery and access

Your video is generated after the questionnaire and accessed through a private link. Written responses and monthly readings are delivered electronically. The expected response time is shown before you submit a question. Generation and delivery times can vary. Contact us if you cannot access a paid service or if delivery exceeds seven days after payment; you may request cancellation and a refund for a service that has not been delivered.

7. Subscriptions and credits

A subscription renews automatically each month at the price shown when you subscribe, unless canceled. Each paid monthly period includes 10 question credits and 1 detailed reading credit. Unused credits carry over without expiration. Credits are linked to your account and cannot be exchanged for cash.

You can cancel future renewals from your account at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. A cancellation does not itself refund the current period or previously delivered services. If you cannot access the cancellation control, email us for help. Any rights required by the law that applies to your purchase remain unaffected.

8. Cancellations and refunds

Contact us with your purchase email and order details to request cancellation or a refund. A request received before preparation of a personalized reading begins will receive a full refund. For content already prepared or delivered, requests are assessed in light of the issue and applicable consumer law. Nothing in these terms excludes a mandatory withdrawal right, a remedy for a defective service, or another non-waivable consumer right.

9. Responsible use and availability

Use the service lawfully and do not submit another person’s sensitive details without their permission. Do not use a reading to make urgent or high-stakes decisions. Access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons. We will make reasonable efforts to restore service and resolve delivery problems. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Privacy and intellectual property

Readings are for your personal, private use. Public distribution or commercial reuse requires written permission from the rights holder. Our handling of personal information is described in the privacy policy.

11. Questions and complaints

Write to elena@elenaceleste.com. Include the email used for your order and a clear description of the issue. We aim to respond within fourteen days and to seek a practical, amicable solution.

12. Applicable rights and updates

These terms do not remove protections that mandatory consumer law grants in your place of residence. Any dispute remains subject to the courts and procedures applicable by law. Updated terms apply to future purchases from their publication date; your purchase remains governed by the version accepted when ordering.
