Share only what is needed for your reading. Avoid including highly sensitive information or another person’s identifying details without permission.

AI tools process the information needed to generate your reading. This personalization creates entertainment content; it does not make legal or similarly significant decisions about you.
4. Providers and recipients
Access is limited to authorized personnel and providers needed to deliver the service. These include Stripe and PayPal for payments, QuizFunnel for questionnaires and video delivery, email and SMS delivery providers such as Resend and Telnyx, OVHcloud for hosting, and AI providers involved in generating readings. Where advertising measurement is enabled, Meta may receive permitted event data. We do not publish your questions or readings.
5. International processing
Our operator is based in Hong Kong, and technical providers may process information in other countries, including the United States and Canada. Applicable data-transfer requirements depend on your location and the provider involved. Contact us for details about the processing and safeguards relevant to your information.
6. Retention
We retain account, reading, and order data for as long as needed to provide your service, maintain purchased credits, resolve disputes, and meet recordkeeping obligations. Transaction records may need to be retained after account closure. You can request deletion of information no longer needed for these purposes.
